Kiddoh Terms of Service

Effective date: October 8, 2026

Welcome to Kiddoh. These terms are an agreement between you and Philip Weltman ("Kiddoh", "we", "us") about using the Kiddoh app. By creating an account, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which are part of these terms.

1. Who can use Kiddoh

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or caregiver to use Kiddoh. One account is for one person; keep your password private and tell us at privacy@heykiddoh.com if you think someone else has used your account.

2. Kiddoh is in beta

Kiddoh is an early version. Features may change, have bugs, or be unavailable at times. It's free to use, and we may change or end the beta at any time. If we end it, we'll give you notice and a chance to ask for your information.

3. Activities and listings

Kiddoh shows story times, classes, events, and playgrounds from other organizations, such as the Boston Public Library and the City of Boston. We check these sources regularly and show where each listing comes from and when we last checked it, but:

4. Ideas for home

"Ideas for home" are suggestions written with the help of AI, based on your child's age, interests, and your space. Kiddoh applies safety rules to them (for example, avoiding small objects for children under 3), but:

5. Community

Community lets you talk with parents whose children were born around the same time. When you post:

6. What you agree not to do

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

8. Disclaimers

Kiddoh is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that Kiddoh, its listings, or its ideas will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for your child.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Kiddoh isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything arising from activities, venues, organizers, or ideas you choose to try, and our total liability for any claim about Kiddoh is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make important changes, we'll tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Kiddoh after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute about Kiddoh will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
