Kiddoh Community Guidelines
Kiddoh's Community groups bring together parents whose children were born in the same few months. Everyone here is figuring it out. These guidelines keep groups kind, useful, and safe.
1. Be kind
- Assume good intent. Parenting choices vary, and that's okay.
- Disagree with ideas, never with people. No insults, shaming, or piling on.
- No hate, harassment, or threats, ever.
2. Keep children's details private
- Don't share a child's full name, photos, school or daycare, or your home address, yours or anyone else's.
- Kiddoh never shows your child's name, birthday, or where you live. Please don't add them to posts.
- Meeting up is your choice. Meet in public places first, and use your judgment.
3. No selling, spam, or recruiting
- No ads, sales, affiliate links, or promoting a business, including your own.
- No recruiting for surveys, research, or other groups without the Kiddoh team's permission.
- Recommending a class or place you've enjoyed is welcome. That's what Community is for.
4. Share experiences, not medical advice
- Say what worked for your family, and remember every child is different.
- For health, development, or safety concerns, talk to your pediatrician or another professional.
- In an emergency, call 911.
5. Report problems
- If a post breaks these guidelines, tap ••• → Report. Reports are private; the person isn't told who reported them.
- You can also Block someone to stop seeing their posts and replies.
- A Kiddoh moderator reviews every report, usually within a day.
What moderators may do
Depending on what happened, a moderator may:
- Remove a post or reply.
- Suspend someone from posting in a group (they can still read it).
- Close an account for serious or repeated problems.
If a post suggests a child may be in danger, we may contact the appropriate authorities.
